Challenge: The customer urgently needed a working prototype for a trade fair and commissioned us to produce it quickly.

Solution: We ordered PCBs from our partner on an express schedule, secured component availability and sourcing locations, and assembled the prototype series rapidly. We carried out AOI and final inspections to ensure prototype reliability.

Results: The customer received a fully functional prototype in time for the trade fair. Product development advanced quickly, and marketing materials could be created based on a tested device. The collaboration was smooth, saving the customer both time and costs.

Solution: We sourced the PCBs and assembled them using both customer-supplied and Prinel-procured components. Each board underwent AOI and functional testing. We ensured correct placement of dense BGA and fine-pitch components. Products were packed and shipped to end customers.

Solution: Prinel took full responsibility for component procurement, inventory management, and delivery scheduling on behalf of the customer. We monitor stock levels in real time, respond to alert thresholds, and reorder as needed to keep production running without interruption. Collaboration is based on joint forecasting and agreed delivery cycles that optimize both costs and available capacity.
